1. Delivery Coverage
Labour Camp Furniture delivers to all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates, including:
- Dubai
- Abu Dhabi
- Sharjah
- Ajman
- Ras Al Khaimah
- Fujairah
- Umm Al Quwain
For deliveries outside the UAE or to remote free zones, please contact us directly at info@labourcampfurniture.com to confirm availability and any additional charges.
2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are calculated from the date of order confirmation and payment clearance, not from the date of enquiry.
3. Delivery Charges
- Free delivery is available on orders above AED 2,000 within Dubai and Sharjah.
- For orders below AED 2,000 or deliveries to other emirates, shipping charges will be quoted at checkout or confirmed by our sales team prior to invoicing.
- Delivery to remote sites, industrial free zones, or locations requiring special access may incur additional logistics charges. These will be communicated before dispatch.
4. Bulk & Project Orders
For large bulk orders (50+ units or full camp setup orders), our logistics team will coordinate delivery scheduling directly with you. We offer:
- Phased delivery across multiple dates if required
- On-site delivery to camp or project locations
- Coordination with site supervisors or facility managers
Please inform us at the time of order if your delivery site requires advance notice, entry permits or specific delivery windows.
5. Delivery Process
- Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, our team will contact you within 24 hours to schedule delivery.
- You will receive a delivery confirmation with an estimated date and time window.
- Ensure a responsible person is present at the delivery location to receive and sign for the goods.
- Goods must be inspected at the time of delivery. Any visible damage must be reported to the delivery team immediately and noted on the delivery receipt.
6. Delays & Force Majeure
Labour Camp Furniture will make every effort to deliver within the agreed timeframe. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Traffic or road restrictions
- Supplier delays for non-stock items
In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a revised delivery estimate.
