2. Orders & Order Confirmation
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
- An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation (email or WhatsApp) from our sales team and/or receipt of payment.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including due to pricing errors, stock unavailability or payment failure.
- For bulk orders, a Purchase Order (PO) or signed quotation may be required before processing.
3. Pricing
- All prices listed are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
- 5% VAT is applied to all taxable supplies in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of your order confirmation.
- Bulk pricing and wholesale rates are available and will be quoted individually based on order quantities.
4. Payment Terms
- Retail / Small Orders: Full payment is required before dispatch.
- Bulk / Corporate Orders: A 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation. The remaining balance is due before or upon delivery, unless a credit account has been agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, cash, cheque (subject to clearance), and other methods as agreed.
- Overdue payments may incur interest charges in accordance with UAE law.
5. Delivery & Risk
- Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer upon delivery and signing of the delivery receipt.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect goods at the time of delivery and report any damage or discrepancies immediately.
- Failure to report damage at the time of delivery may affect the outcome of return or refund claims.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on labourcampfurniture.com — including text, images, logos, product descriptions and design — is the property of Labour Camp Furniture and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law:
- Labour Camp Furniture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order giving rise to the claim.
- We are not responsible for project delays, penalties or costs incurred by the customer due to delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
