1. Our Commitment
At Labour Camp Furniture, we stand behind the quality of every product we supply. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, we will work with you to resolve it quickly and fairly.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

3. Timeframe for Raising a Return
- All return requests must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted unless a manufacturing defect is discovered under the product warranty period.
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our team with the following information:
- Your order number or invoice number
- Name and contact number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
- Delivery note or receipt

5. Return Process
Once your return is approved:
- We will arrange collection of the item(s) at no cost to you (for approved defective/incorrect items).
- Items must be in their original or equivalent packaging where possible.
- Replacement items will be dispatched within 5–7 working days of collection.
6. Refunds
- Refunds are issued only when a replacement is not possible (e.g., item is discontinued or out of stock).
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
- Partial refunds may apply in cases where only part of an order is affected.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Mattresses, pillows and bedding that have been used or unpacked
- Custom-fabricated or made-to-order furniture
- Items that have been assembled or installed
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage or site conditions after delivery
8. Warranty
All steel furniture supplied by Labour Camp Furniture carries a 12-month manufacturing defect warranty from the date of delivery. This covers structural defects in materials and workmanship, but does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from improper use or overloading
- Surface scratches or paint chips resulting from post-delivery handling
